Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems & Quality Analyst to ensure system quality and support client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own testing efforts across releases to ensure stable, high-quality deployments
• Identify, track, and resolve defects before they impact clients
• Translate business needs into clear test scenarios and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, OR a minimum of two years progressively responsible experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans
• Strong understanding of software testing methods and defect tracking
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
