Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality deliverables within the Print Migration Program, the remote contract Quality Analyst will validate print trails, e-delivery configurations, and document outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify defects and maintain quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles
• Validate that migrated print trails and document templates meet defined business and technical requirements
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using enterprise tools, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles within enterprise environments
• Experience with QA tools and test management platforms (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
• Familiarity with document composition systems and e-delivery platforms is a plus
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute structured testing processes
