Job Summary
Supporting quality assurance efforts for client benefit implementations and changes, the full-time Quality Analyst will conduct testing, identify issues, and facilitate continuous process improvement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow QA testing procedures to complete testing scenarios for new client benefit implementations and existing client benefit audits
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze test data results and collaborate internally to resolve complex issues
- Document detailed test results and identify opportunities for process improvement while managing day-to-day work in project management software
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience handling pharmacy claims
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Access
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
- Prior experience in professional communication and relationship management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
