Job Summary

Supporting quality assurance efforts for client benefit implementations and changes, the full-time Quality Analyst will conduct testing, identify issues, and facilitate continuous process improvement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Follow QA testing procedures to complete testing scenarios for new client benefit implementations and existing client benefit audits
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze test data results and collaborate internally to resolve complex issues
  • Document detailed test results and identify opportunities for process improvement while managing day-to-day work in project management software
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience handling pharmacy claims
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Access
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
  • Prior experience in professional communication and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
