Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Analyst will analyze quality data, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule audits for SOP adherence, using standardized evaluation points
• Document findings in detailed audit reports and collaborate with business leaders on corrective action plans
• Create quality metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of related experience and/or training
• Proficient PC skills, including M365 and HRIS
