Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To transform content quality validation across Microsoft 365 and Copilot experiences, the remote Quality Analyst will design scalable evaluation systems, develop automated testing workflows, and implement AI-assisted quality frameworks while working PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable testing and evaluation frameworks for content and AI-generated experiences
• Develop and implement automated testing workflows and validation systems to enhance efficiency
• Analyze testing metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, AI, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, or AI evaluation
• Strong experience with Python and automation tooling
• Experience with Copilot, VSCode, and AI tooling
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
