Quality Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Quality Analyst, the successful candidate will complete audits and evaluations, ensuring defined quality targets are met while coaching teammates for performance improvement and reporting metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Audit calls, interactions, and transactions for aligned teammates
• Coach teammates for campaign-specific performance improvement and report metrics regularly
• Identify and escalate potential quality issues while suggesting process improvements based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• Graduate of any course (preferred)
• At least one year of work experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred)
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with basic quality tools such as cause and effect and histograms (preferred)
