Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the contract Quality Analyst will develop and execute test plans for AI-generated content and Microsoft 365 experiences, ensuring quality and usability while working remotely for a duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for templates and AI-generated content across Microsoft 365
• Perform manual and automated testing, validating content quality and functionality
• Identify and document defects, providing recommendations for quality improvements

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, or quality assurance
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating test plans and test reporting documentation
• Hands-on experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Content Automation or Computer Science
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
