Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting AI content experiments and quality assurance initiatives, the remote Quality Analyst 2 will develop and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing across Microsoft 365 applications, and validate content quality while identifying and tracking defects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI-generated content and Microsoft 365 experiences
• Perform manual and automated testing across various Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable feedback for resolution

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, or usability testing focused on content quality assurance
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and productivity workflows
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect tracking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
