Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance content quality validation in modern productivity and AI-powered experiences, the contract Quality Analyst will design scalable evaluation systems, develop automated testing workflows, and establish AI-assisted quality frameworks while working remotely for a duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable testing and evaluation frameworks for content and AI-generated experiences
• Define quality measurement approaches and establish testing standards across content ecosystems
• Develop and implement automated testing workflows and validation systems to improve efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, or AI evaluation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content testing and automation, including hands-on use of Python
• Experience with AI tooling such as Copilot or VSCode, with at least 1 year preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong experience building testing frameworks and quality systems
