Job Summary

To enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with quality standards, the fully remote Quality Analyst will support regulatory requirements, manage complaint handling processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze and process product complaints to determine reportability and coordinate investigations across departments
  • Document critical quality issues and track regulatory changes to ensure compliance with global medical device regulations
  • Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2+ years in data management or troubleshooting in the medical device field
  • At least 3+ years of experience processing complaints in the device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of global medical device regulations and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with complaint handling databases or quality management systems
