Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Completing audits and evaluations, the part-time Quality Analyst will ensure defined evaluation targets are met while coaching teammates on performance improvement and reporting metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit calls, interactions, and transactions for aligned teammates
• Coach teammates for performance improvement and report performance metrics
• Identify and escalate potential quality issues while suggesting process improvements

Required qualifications

• Graduate of any course (preferred)
• At least one year of work experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred)
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with basic quality tools such as cause and effect and histogram (preferred)
• Strong customer centricity and ability to provide constructive feedback
