Quality Analyst
Job Summary
To ensure high-quality software products, the full-time Quality Analyst will design and execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality standards are met
- Analyze test results, report defects, and document software issues for the project team
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure software meets business and technical requirements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the software development industry focused on software testing
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases for various software products
- Proven track record of identifying and reporting defects while collaborating with development teams
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and emails; familiarity with cross-browser testing tools like Sauce Labs is a plus
