Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst for Bone Marrow Transplant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes quality outcomes data and clinical indicators for the Bone Marrow Transplant program
• Develops quality and safety indicators, monitors data collection, and prepares reports on quality improvement projects
• Participates in the development of patient care protocols and provides education to staff regarding new procedures and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Three years of quality experience
• Advanced understanding of Bone Marrow Transplant procedures and patient care standards
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in statistical and graphical software
• Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
