Quality Analyst - Auto & Liability

Job Summary

Managing the medical file review process, the remote Quality Analyst - Auto & Liability will ensure client questions are addressed, review reports for accuracy, and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of reports and medical records to verify completeness and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify questions and provide updates on referral progress
• Format reports for approval and ensure adherence to the QA checklist prior to completion

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Proficient in technology-based processes within a business environment
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills are essential
