Quality Analyst for Peer Review

Job Summary

Managing the medical file review process, the remote Peer/Record Review Quality Analyst will ensure client questions are addressed, verify report accuracy, and maintain compliance with client and department standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of medical records and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify questions and update on referral progress
• Format reports for approval and ensure adherence to QA checklists prior to completion

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting preferred
• Familiarity with technology-based processes in a business environment
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills essential
