Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes quality audits on frontline functional staff in accordance with department protocols
  • Provides feedback to management on staff quality scores and assists with reviewing recorded calls and emails
  • Maintains documentation of audit practices and collaborates with leadership on assignment status
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office; SharePoint experience is desired
  • Minimum 1 year experience completing call center quality audits preferred
  • Experience in Knowledge Management development and documentation is highly preferred
