Quality Analyst - Medical Coding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst - Outpatient Medical Coding (IVR/SDS) - WFH.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality processes and achieve client-specific metrics
• Prepare detailed audit reports and identify methods to meet quality targets
• Participate in performance improvement activities and assist in training new hires

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in healthcare insurance collections
• Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9 & 10 codes, and the healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience with practice management systems like EPIC PB or Allscripts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong analytical skills
