Quality & Analytics Application Consultant

Job Summary

As a remote Quality & Analytics Application Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a product expert for Quality and Analytics solutions, driving client adoption, uncovering insights, and guiding continuous improvement while working full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Quality and Analytics applications to support client implementation and ongoing success
• Lead clients from deployment to full adoption, ensuring data integrity and demonstrating value through case studies
• Advise clients on best practices in Quality Management, Analytics, and Customer Experience optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or analytics and quality management
• Experience in contact center operations and performance drivers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with speech or text analytics and quality management platforms; experience with NICE IA or similar preferred
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL is an asset
