Job Summary

Supporting compliance initiatives in a full-time remote capacity, the Quality and Compliance Analyst will conduct audits, ensure timely submission of licensure applications, and maintain organized records to enhance compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct regular internal audits to monitor compliance with applicable laws and standards
  • Compile and present audit findings in an organized manner to enhance compliance efforts
  • Ensure timely submission of state licensure renewal applications and maintain up-to-date records
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
