Quality and Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality and Manufacturing to oversee quality engineering and manufacturing engineering functions for hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate manufacturing readiness for new product introduction (NPI) builds
• Partner with engineering teams on design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) reviews
• Create and maintain quality control plans across incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related hardware-focused discipline
• Hands-on experience with production lines, fixtures, and hardware manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Six Sigma
• Proven experience leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers, preferably in Asia
