Quality and Training Lead
Job Summary
To advance underwriting quality and training effectiveness, the full-time Quality and Training Lead will manage quality assurance programs, develop training strategies, and foster continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of quality assurance and training programs to improve underwriting consistency and compliance
- Design and implement role-specific training programs aligned with business objectives and operational needs
- Develop performance analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, quality management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, training, compliance, or related operations
- 5+ years of experience leading quality assurance and training functions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for performance data analysis and reporting
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
