Key Responsibilities

• Review financial and non-financial transactions and customer interactions, providing feedback and trend analysis
• Act as a subject matter expert for procedure documentation and training efforts
• Participate in projects, conduct self-audits, and generate reports for regular review

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance duties
• Ability to analyze and resolve varied office problems using initiative and independent judgment
• Experience in cross-training within quality groups
• Must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout employment
