Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support testing activities for a conversational AI platform, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will define test strategies, conduct rigorous testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define functional and non-functional test strategies and design comprehensive test cases for the conversational AI platform
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, performance, usability, and integration testing, while coordinating with the IT Security team for security assessments
• Generate detailed reports on test executions and provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance and user satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance methodologies
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing
• Expertise in testing conversational AI or chatbot systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
