Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test plans and manual test cases
Design, execute, and document test plans for software and systems
Identify and report bugs, collaborating with developers to optimize testing

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on manual testing
Experience with end-to-end software system testing and writing test plans
High level of knowledge in regression and smoke testing
Experience testing with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with JavaScript
Proficient with Jira for bug tracking and Confluence for documentation
