Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to assist in gathering and analyzing data from course development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the QA process throughout the development cycle for new courses and major redevelopments
• Communicate QA requirements to stakeholders and provide training and support as needed
• Facilitate the development team's review and implementation of QA feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years of equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in process or workflow management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• 1-3 years of experience supporting compliance reviews or audits
• Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce or similar software
