Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its EHR product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for EHR modules
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, validating data across multiple modules
• Identify and track defects, conduct compliance testing, and support release readiness activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for validating backend data integrity
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of healthcare workflows or ability to learn domain-specific concepts
