Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst I to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of its products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain testing strategies, including test plans and test cases
• Provide first level triage on incidents and manage the release cycle
• Collaborate with engineers to support defect resolution and improve testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a related role
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases for both manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum
