Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer interactions for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in and occasionally lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations
  • Analyze quality observations to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two or more years of quality assurance experience or subject matter expertise
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Provider Enrollment and collaboration with operations teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms
