Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer interactions for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in and occasionally lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations
- Analyze quality observations to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of quality assurance experience or subject matter expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge of Provider Enrollment and collaboration with operations teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms
