Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Health Services and Policy Oversight and the Director of the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Disability Evaluation System Quality Assurance Program and develop a structured Course of Action
• Architect and guide the implementation of a proactive internal control system to support governance and ensure compliance
• Develop and recommend enterprise performance metrics, risk-tiered reporting mechanisms, and standardized case review protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, math, or science
• At least five years of related experience in designing and implementing Quality Assurance programs within a federal or DoD environment
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in the DoD Disability Evaluation System and relevant regulations
• Strong knowledge of audit readiness principles and quality monitoring frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
