Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of quality and performance analytics solutions, managing multiple projects from scoping to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality measures and develop dashboards for monitoring outcomes and identifying performance gaps
• Manage external quality reporting deliverables and support benchmarking and comparative analytics to inform performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in analytics, quality, and/or performance improvement, with at least 1 year in a healthcare setting
• Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, for building dashboards and data assets
• Tableau Analyst certification or equivalent BI certification required within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
