Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a Solar Campaign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Provide feedback to agents and operations teams and conduct calibration sessions
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement through data analysis and quality audits
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Quality Assurance
  • Basic proficiency in data tools, including Excel and BI tools like Power BI
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • No issues on absenteeism or issued NTEs for the past 3 months
