Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a Solar Campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide feedback to agents and operations teams and conduct calibration sessions
- Identify trends and areas for improvement through data analysis and quality audits
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Quality Assurance
- Basic proficiency in data tools, including Excel and BI tools like Power BI
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
- No issues on absenteeism or issued NTEs for the past 3 months
