Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define quality standards, recommend modifications, and provide reporting on performance
• Monitor processes through data analysis and internal audits, and perform trend and gap analysis
• Document performance opportunities and assist in identifying technical issues for the software development team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or 4 years of functional experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Experience in handling moderate to complex assignments and communicating results to management
• Knowledge of internal audit processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
