Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to conduct reviews during the Itemized Bill Review active claim process.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and analyze claim data for accuracy using job aids and claim documents
• Deliver fact-based quality review determinations in an objective manner
• Maintain tracking and reporting of daily tasks while achieving production and quality goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience with appeals and/or medical claims
• 2+ years of remote/work from home experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work between the hours of 6:30 am - 3:30 pm MST, including occasional overtime
