Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of quality and performance analytics solutions, managing multiple projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define measures and align reporting with organizational goals while managing external quality and regulatory reporting deliverables
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms, providing actionable insights to support quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Informatics, Health Information Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in analytics, quality, and/or performance improvement, including 1 year in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated experience using SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to build dashboards and reusable data assets
• Tableau Analyst certification within 6 months of hire (or equivalent BI certification)
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
