Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support technical and operational projects through quality assurance analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, including integration and User Acceptance Testing
• Perform quality audits and assist in training to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Support project management tasks, including requirements solicitation and documentation tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 3-5 years of QA Analyst experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid testing methodologies
• Preferred experience with data mapping, data integration, and APIs
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or Smartsheet
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint
