Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing project, the fully remote Quality Assurance Analyst will design and maintain test cases, execute various functional and non-functional tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets user expectations over an 11+ month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a robust library of test cases for platform functionality
• Regularly execute functional and non-functional tests, including accessibility and API testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, while collaborating with product owners and developers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, programming, or systems/software development
• 3+ years of experience in QA testing
• Experience with automated testing tools and Agile methodology
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as Salesforce and MuleSoft
