Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will analyze customer complaints and calls, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent quality of service by enforcing company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze orders and customer satisfaction issues, developing corrective action plans as needed
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of procedures and policies within the organization
  • Communicate proactively with the QA&A team regarding problems and issues to ensure operational compliance
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with platforms utilized by the company, such as Package Tracker, ZenQMS, Zendesk, and WorkRamp
  • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as business needs require
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
  • Complete understanding of the company's products, services, and strategic business goals
