Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Digital Solutions program, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will perform software testing, develop test scripts, and document product features while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of CRM software used by government officials.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and reproducing reported software defects while identifying workarounds
• Conducting regression testing and testing software changes for bug fixes and enhancements
• Developing and documenting test scripts for unit and regression testing, ensuring security and privacy compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience
• Hands-on experience in unit, regression, and system testing for web-based applications
• Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
• General knowledge of data security and privacy principles
