Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of high-quality retail merchandising work, the remote Analyst, Creative Quality Assurance will perform detailed QA reviews of planograms and related deliverables, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards while working in Pacific time zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed QA reviews of planograms and retail deliverables to ensure accuracy in layout and visual consistency
• Assist in executing QA testing workflows and follow established QA processes for high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and communicate findings effectively

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a detail-oriented production/creative role
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign or similar design tools is a plus
• Exposure to project tracking tools like Jira or similar systems
• Basic understanding of defect tracking and QA documentation
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
