Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing accurate quality assurance auditing of pre and post enrollment, billing, and reconciliation functions, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will work remotely to track and report on quality trends related to Membership Accounting specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Audit enrollments, billings, and reconciliations daily using statistically valid sampling methodology
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on specific group performance guarantees, production, and accuracy results
• Identify trends from audit results and recommend improvements to enhance overall quality

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of quality review experience in a health insurance environment, preferably in Membership Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and ability to navigate web-based programs
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business presence
• Experience conducting audits and creating/updating documentation and procedures
