Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a Maryland contract, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise document management solutions by testing systems, developing test plans, and validating complex workflows and integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Review business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback for clarity and testability
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation aligned with real-world business scenarios
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across OnBase workflows and integrated SaaS platforms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1-3 years of QA experience with a focus on functional and integration testing related to SaaS platforms and OnBase workflows
• Experience with end-to-end integration testing across enterprise platforms such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce
• Proficiency with test and defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Experience supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
