Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of quality and performance analytics, the full-time Senior Quality & Business Intelligence Analyst will manage multiple projects, develop dashboards, and support regulatory reporting while working remotely with occasional onsite presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of quality and performance analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, data sourcing, and ongoing maintenance
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to define measures and communicate project timelines, risks, and decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Health Information Management, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in analytics, quality, and/or performance improvement, with at least 1 year in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated experience using SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to build dashboards and reusable data assets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Tableau Analyst certification or equivalent BI certification required within 6 months of hire
