Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure high quality and regulatory compliance, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Monitoring & Testing Analyst will evaluate and test operational processes, compile reports on findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring and testing of operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards
• Compile and analyze findings from speech analytics and compliance reviews, developing detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations
• Collaborate with operational teams to discuss results and track the implementation of corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in monitoring & testing, quality assurance, or compliance, preferably in a collection agency or financial services setting
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in using speech analytics software and quality monitoring tools
• Professional certification in quality assurance and/or compliance is desirable
