Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and performance of software solutions, the full-time Staff Quality Assurance Analyst will design, execute, and automate test cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for various projects, utilizing both manual and automated testing techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and identify risks, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience in both manual and automated testing
• Experience testing across all software types, including functional, regression, performance, and integration
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
• Practical experience with XML, HTML, JavaScript, and QA automation tools such as Selenium or Postman
