Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the testing of rate modules and benefit accuracy, the temporary full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will develop and execute test plans, review financial rate data, and ensure compliance with auditing standards in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes optimal review methods for auditing plan and rate data to verify accuracy within the rate modules
• Executes multiple testing scenarios to compare the rate module against carrier partners' rating tools
• Monitors updates to rating applications and maintains QA documentation for ongoing testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least two years of experience in health insurance processing and quoting
• Previous experience in Group Health Insurance rate auditing and data comparison
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with data privacy practices and laws
• Ability to research and analyze moderately complex financial documents
