Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring and auditing complex activities, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst II will ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations while communicating findings and recommending solutions to mitigate recurring issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and complete audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Identify non-compliance issues and communicate findings to prevent future occurrences
• Maintain records of deficiencies and report on trends, recommending policy and process changes

Required qualifications:

• Associates' degree with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, or 4 years of combined higher education and work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
• Prior experience providing written or verbal feedback preferred
