Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring and auditing complex activities, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst II will ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations while identifying trends and recommending solutions to mitigate issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Identify and communicate non-compliance issues to prevent future occurrences
• Maintain records and report on deficiencies, recommending policy and process changes based on trends

Required qualifications

• Associates' degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or 4 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 2 years in the area supported
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software
• Detail-oriented approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
