Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with experienced QA professionals, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure the quality and reliability of technology solutions through functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate business requirements and system functionality
• Develop clear test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements and user stories
• Document testing results, defects, and retesting activities to support timely issue resolution and successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance Life Cycle Management
• 2+ years of experience creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
• Experience performing manual software testing and documenting test results and defects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
