Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development and maintenance of quality assurance programs, the remote contract Quality Assurance Analyst will monitor operational processes, identify trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing actionable feedback to enhance quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify errors and trends through quality reviews and operational assessments, providing feedback for improvement
• Analyze quality data and develop reports highlighting key metrics and opportunities for enhancement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Process Improvement within regulated industries such as financial services or insurance
• Experience analyzing operational data and recommending business solutions based on identified trends
• Knowledge of financial services regulations including UDAAP, TILA, BSA/AML, and others
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in compliance-focused environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
