Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the quality of pension administration systems, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will prepare and execute test plans, develop automation scripts, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and business teams for accurate system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, Maven, and TestNG while collaborating with QA automation engineers
• Provide regular updates on test execution status, defects, risks, and blockers while participating in Agile or hybrid team environments

Required qualifications

• University degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven
• Familiarity with pension administration systems or complex financial systems is an asset
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall testing methodologies
• Proficiency in manual testing concepts, test case design, and defect tracking
